Payments
A flat 0.75% platform fee on every transaction — cards and bank payments alike.
On top of standard Stripe processing (2.9% + 30¢ cards / 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH), which you'd pay anywhere. It's here on the pricing page, not buried in the terms of service.
That's $7.50 per $1,000 collected online. Checks and cash you record by hand are always free.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. One user with unlimited clients, quotes, invoices, and scheduling — free forever, not a trial, and no credit card to start. We make a small percentage on the online payments you process, so we only make money when you get paid.
What does the 0.75% platform fee mean in real dollars?
$7.50 per $1,000 you collect online. Collect a $2,000 sealcoating invoice by card and the platform fee is $15 — alongside Stripe's standard processing, which you'd pay with any provider.
Can I avoid the platform fee?
The fee applies only to online card and ACH payments processed through LotBench. Recording the checks and cash you collect in person is free — no fee, ever. Most crews take a mix of both.
When does the Crew plan arrive?
Crew is coming shortly after launch, at $79/mo for up to 5 users with crew scheduling, job costing, and QuickBooks export. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it opens.
Will these prices change at launch?
Not for you. Everyone on the early-access waitlist gets founder pricing — the prices on this page are locked in when you join at launch, even if list prices rise later.
